Welcome to the O.L.D. Alumni Association website. We are the St. Mary/St. Stephen Parish schools of Des Plaines, Illinois and our school community would like to thank all parishioners of both parishes for their support throughout the years. St. Mary's School is over 100 years old and St Stephen's School will soon be 50.

It is very exciting to have, at long last, an Alumni Association of our school. Visit the Association’s website and after browsing through its pages you will come away sharing my enthusiasm for this historic event. You are also encouraged to visit the O.L.D website at OURLADYOFDESTINYSCHOOL.ORG.

Please help us retain our history. Most records from St. Mary's are in a Chicago Archdiocese Catacomb. We are looking for alumni and alumni parents to write oral historys using the functions provided by links on the school folders at the top of the page.

10 years ago we started an A.C.E. fund with the helpful donations of the parish families. This fund has been

The memories of your childhood at our schools is the things that legends are made of.

Our latest achievement, has been the combination of the school campuses at St. Stephen's. After ten years of split campuses we are finally one school, one community; thanks to all Parishioners for their support. As all Des Plaines residents, past and present know, the train tracks and schedules in our town decide if you will be on time or standing in line at the Principal's office.
